Shipping policy

FULFILMENT — Processing & dispatch

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Southern California. For in-stock items, processing — including picking, packaging, and handoff to our carrier — takes 3–9 business days. We schedule carrier drop-offs once or twice per week; during high-volume drops, this frequency increases.

TRACKING — Tracking numbers & movement

When a shipping label is generated, Shopify will automatically send your tracking number via your preferred contact method. A tracking number does not mean your order has physically shipped — it confirms the label has been created while final processing is completed.

If your tracking shows no movement within 4–10 business days of receiving a tracking number, your order is still in queue or in transit. For international orders, if there are no updates after 21 business days, contact us at info@resurgence.supply.


COSTS — Shipping fees & import duties

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and VAT applicable in their country. These charges are not included at checkout and are outside our control. We cannot alter the declared value of any shipment.


DELAYS & LIABILITY — Carrier delays & lost packages

Once a package has been dropped off with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by high volume, weather, customs, or other issues outside our control. If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


ORDER ISSUES — Wrong items, damaged goods & returns

If you received the wrong size or a damaged item, email us at info@resurgence.supply and we'll get it sorted. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
