RETURNS & REFUNDS
OVERVIEW
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) for a refund. Returns are accepted from customers in the USA and Canada. We do not offer size exchanges — if you need a different size, please place a new order. All returned items must be unworn, unused, and complete to qualify.
RETURN WINDOW
Standard orders: returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order date. Pre-orders: returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
To start a return, email info@resurgence.supply with your order number (RSG#) and reason for the return. If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Items damaged during shipping, items with manufacturing defects, and items with fabric or graphical errors are eligible for return.
WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Sale items, seasonal sale items, gift cards, custom or personalised products, and items that are worn, used, incomplete, or submitted outside the return window are not eligible. Items purchased during seasonal sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN SHIPPING
U.S. — standard returns: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. U.S. — damaged or defective items: a prepaid return label will be provided at no charge. Canada: may be eligible for a prepaid return label, subject to approval. International: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please use a traceable method — we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
INSPECTION & REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return arrives, we will inspect it within 5–7 business days. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and complete to pass inspection. If an item fails inspection, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Failed items can be returned to you at your expense upon request.
Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days of inspection approval. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the amount. Refunds cover the retail price of the item(s) only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.
REFUND METHOD BY REGION
USA & Canada: refunded to your original payment method. Late returns (accepted outside the standard window): may be refunded as store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For customers outside the USA and Canada, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Customs duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable. To initiate an international return, email info@resurgence.supply with your order number and reason for return.
