FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, WE SHIP USING USPS GROUND. FOR CANADA, WE USE INTELCOM DRAGONFLY OR CANADA POST. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, WE USE APC.
PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT:
IF AN ITEM IS NOT A PRE-ORDER, THE PROCESSING TIME—INCLUDING FULFILLMENT, PACKAGING, AND DELIVERY TO OUR SHIPPING PARTNERS—TYPICALLY TAKES 3–9 BUSINESS DAYS.
WE SCHEDULE PARCEL DROP-OFFS ONCE OR TWICE PER WEEK, DEPENDING ON STORE ACTIVITY. DURING LARGER DROPS, DROP-OFFS MAY OCCUR MORE FREQUENTLY.
SHIPPING & TRACKING:
ONCE A SHIPPING LABEL IS GENERATED, SHOPIFY WILL AUTOMATICALLY SEND THE TRACKING NUMBER TO YOUR PREFERRED COMMUNICATION METHOD. PLEASE NOTE: THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED YET—ADDITIONAL TIME IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL PROCESSING AND HAND OFF.
ONCE A PACKAGE HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF AT THE POSTAL SERVICE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS CAUSED BY THE CARRIER. SHIPPING PROVIDERS MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS DUE TO HIGH VOLUME, WEATHER, CUSTOMS, OR OTHER OPERATIONAL ISSUES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

SHIPPING FEES & DUTIES:
SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT BASED ON WEIGHT AND DESTINATION. CURRENTLY, WE OFFER $5 USD FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR U.S. AND CANADIAN ORDERS.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, CUSTOMS FEES, AND VAT, IF APPLICABLE. THESE CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING FEE AND ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. WE CANNOT LOWER THE DECLARED VALUE OF SHIPMENTS.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
ONCE A PACKAGE IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES FROM DOORSTEPS OR MAILBOXES. CUSTOMERS MUST FILE CLAIMS WITH THE CARRIER.

IF YOU RECEIVED A WRONG SIZE OR A DAMAGED ITEM, PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@RESURGENCE.SUPPLY AND WE WILL GET IT SORTED.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED, OR ALTERED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.
