No mentors. No formal training. Just years of late-night research, wrong turns, and learning as I went. This brand reflects everything that’s shaped me — my childhood obsessions, my interests, and my worldview.

    What Can Be Returned:

    • Items damaged during shipping
    • Items with manufacturing defects
    • Items with fabric or graphical errors

    If your item falls under any of these categories, your return shipping will be fully covered.

    What Cannot Be Returned:

    • Sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Items that are worn, used, incomplete, or returned outside the allowed return window

    Please note: Items purchased during seasonal sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Return and Refund Instructions:

    1. Initiate Your Return:You must start your return within 30 days of delivery (or within 45 days of placing your order for pre-orders).To begin, email info@resurgence.supply with your Order Number (RSG#) and the reason for your return.
    2. Receive Your Return Label:If approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.(If we cannot provide a label, we will guide you through the return process manually.)
    3. Pack and Ship the Item:Carefully pack your item and attach the return label to the parcel.Use a traceable shipping method if sending it manually.
    4. Inspection and Refund:Once your return arrives, we will inspect it within 5–7 business days.If the item meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
    5. Refund Timeline:Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.

    Refund Method

    • Full Refund:Eligible returns from the USA and Canada will be refunded to your original payment method.(Refund covers the retail price only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.)
    • Store Credit:International returns will be refunded via store credit only.Returns requested after the standard return window (if accepted) may also be refunded via store credit.If an exchange is requested but the item is out of stock, store credit may be issued.

    Condition of Returned Items

    Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and complete.If a returned item is found to be worn, washed, damaged, or incomplete:

    • We reserve the right to refuse the return and refund, and
    • Return the item back to the customer at their expense (if requested).

    Items that fail inspection will not be refunded.

    International Returns

    For customers located outside the USA and Canada:

    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
    • Refunds for international returns will be issued as store credit only.
    • Customs duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
